This 75-hour course is fully approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and prepares you to take the PA state licensing exam to become a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson. Topics covered include real property, property interests, contracts, ownership, land use, Pennsylvania license law, Pennsylvania brokerage, agency law, disclosure of property conditions, common real estate contracts, deeds and title transfer, and real estate math.
