Maryland Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

This 60-hour course is fully approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission and prepares you to take the MD state licensing exam to become a licensed Maryland Real Estate Salesperson. Topics covered include: MD real estate license law, agency, brokerage, and ethics, contracts and listing agreements, forms of property ownership, landlord-tenant law, deeds and title transfers, fair housing and anti-discrimination laws, real estate finance and mortgages, appraisals and market analysis, closing procedures, title practices, and more.
All course options — in-person or virtual — come with textbooks, school exams, state exam prep resources, and personal support from experienced professionals.
