MD Principles and Practices of Real Estate | 60 Hours

A great opportunity if you are considering a career in real estate! The course is 60 hours and covers the principles, practices, statutes, and regulations you need to know to become a licensed real estate agent. The tuition includes engaging live instruction, whether in-person or online and the corresponding textbook.  

After you successfully complete the course, you will be eligible to take the state exam. Students who successfully pass the pre-licensing course have 1 year from the date of completion to take and pass the PSI exam. Students can take the PSI exam as many times as needed within the 1 year time period. 

Once you pass the state exam, you will be ready to join a broker and begin your real estate career!
