Hours Required: 15 hours

Salesperson - effective on 09/01/2021 - 08/31/2023 9 hours – Mandatory (DC Fair Housing; DC Ethics; DC Legislative Update) 3 hours – Property Management 3 hours – Electives Broker - effective now (03/01/2021 - 02/28/2023) 9 hours – Mandatory (DC Fair Housing; DC Ethics; DC Legislative Update) 3 hours – Property Management 3 hours – Broker Supervision Property Manager - effective now (03/01/2021 - 02/28/2023) 9 hours – Mandatory (DC Fair Housing; DC Ethics; DC Legislative Update) 6 hours – Property Management

Reciprocity - effective now (03/01/2021 - 02/28/2023) 3 hours – DC Fair Housing3 hours - DC Property Management

Please Note: If you are seeking return to active status and have been on inactive status for 5 years or more, you will be considered a new applicant and will be required to meet all current requirements for licensure. If this is the case, you will need to do one of the following:

Apply to the DC Real Estate Commission as a brand new, first time applicant; INCLUDING completing the pre-licensing course and passing the licensing examination.
Apply to the DC Real Estate Commission using a currently active real estate license from another jurisdiction via the reciprocity or endorsement process.
